LAS completed a succesful Program Review

Our program has recently completed an extensive evaluation process and external curricular review, as mandated by the Province of Ontario. The review was conducted by faculty colleagues from the University of Alberta and the University of California, Los Angeles. Their final report describes our program in extremely positive terms: it notes the strength and vitality of the program, its excellent, highly effective, and innovative curriculum, high level of student satisfaction and involvement, and stellar course evaluations. Other strengths praised include an active research profile and an outstanding level of community engagement. If you would like to read the entire report, please follow this link: pdfExternal Review to LAS Report351.24 KB

We want to thank everyone involved in the self-study of the program: our students, our core and affiliated faculty, our staff, our colleagues in the Faculty of Arts & Science who assisted us with the organization of the documents and the visit of the reviewers, our external reviewers, and our community partners. We will keep you posted on the administrative response to this external report.
